A man identified as Chris Neptune was reportedly shot and wounded at building 9 in Maloney Gardens on Wednesday 14th June, 2023.
• A report was made to the Police and Chris was subsequently taken to the Arima District hospital to receive medical treatment.
• Moments later, police intercepted a Silver Nissan Tiida registered PCH 741 occupied by three men believed to be involved in the shooting near the Piarco lights.
• A search was conducted on the vehicle and the officers found two firearms and a quantity of ammunition.
• The men were subsequently arrested and taken into police custody, pending further investigations.
