A man identified as Allison Ballah aka “bling bling” was shot and killed at the Port Mall Carpark in Scarborough, Tobago on Wednesday 09th August, 2023.
This was the 9th murder that took place in Tobago for the year thus far.
The last murder that took place in Tobago was on Monday 05th June, 2023 When Denson Turnes of Les Coteaux, Tobago was shot and killed at his home.
