A man fell to his death from scaffolding after he was electrocuted at a Jobsite at Wilkinson Street, El Dorado, Tunapuna on Wednesday 16th November, 2022.
• The deceased, identified as Gabriel Jackson, of Pascal Lane, Carapo, was welding at the Jobsite when he stopped and asked a co-worker for a measuring tape.
• Reportedly, when the man went to retrieve the tape from a nearby vehicle, he heard Jackson screaming and his body was being jolted violently.
• The employee, ran and unplugged the welding plant, when he noticed that Jackson fell to the ground, head first.
• He contacted the EHS and police officers, however when they arrived at the scene, they saw Jackson unresponsive, lying in a pool of blood.
