A man and a stray dog were shot and killed inside the Tunapuna Public Cemetery earlier today.
• 22-year-old Justin Glasgow of Lashley Street in Tunapuna, was identified as the victim who died at the scene.
• Shortly before 11am today, officers of the Northern Division responded to a report about a shooting in progress at the Tunapuna Cemetery.
• When they arrived, officers discovered Glasgow slumped over a wall under a shed at the entrance of the cemetery with gunshot injuries to the head and back.
• The scene was processed and eighteen (18) spent 9mm shells and a white “Marvin Gay” were recovered. Investigations are continuing into the incident.
