A cell phone video emerged of an off-duty police sergeant identified as Villafana in a confrontation with police officers at the Tunapuna Police Station over the weekend.
• Sgt. Villafana repeatedly questioned his officers as the whether he was under arrest but neither of the three officers in the video responded to such but insisted he walked into the police Station’s Charge Room.
• The incident stemmed from a situation at Rattan’s where, according to Villafana, he had every right to voice his concerns about a situation
