A Car Care operator was found murdered at his Penal home on Sunday 1st January, 2023.
• 47-year-old Nasir Saqui, a car care center operator, was found murdered at his # 14 Fyzal Avenue Penal home on Sunday 1st January 2023.
• The deceased’s 71-year-old stepfather of Point Fortin reported to police that he made several attempts to get in contact with him over the phone but such proved futile.
• Hours later, the man went to Nasir’s home and discovered him on his bed with a wound to the right side of his forehead and eye, consistent with a chop injury.
A report was made to officers of the Penal Police Station and PC Babwah and PC Gay responded, and based on their observations, they formed certain opinions and contacted the relevant authorities.
