A bandit was shot and killed by a businesswoman during a robbery at her business place at Chatee Trace, Warren Road, Bejucal, Cunupia, on Saturday 8th October, 2022.
• the suspect who is yet to be identified, reportedly entered the agricultural shop, clad in a dark blue coverall, armed with a gun and demanded cash.
• the suspect took the victim into another room where he pointed a firearm at her, taking her cash and jewelry.
• However, the victim was able to use her licensed firearm, shooting the bandit several times before calling officers of the Cunupia police station.
