PC Ramdass of the Gran Couva Police arrested a 29-year-old man from Mayo Road, Tortuga yesterday after he robbed a 48-year-old vendor, also from Mayo Road.
Reports are, around 5:00 pm yesterday, the vendor was held up on the Totuga junction where the suspect, using a knife, stole 2 bags containing footwear and clothing.
After being caught, all the stolen items were recovered.
