A 41-year-old Moruga shop owner was gunned down at his minimart at La Ruffin road, Moruga on Saturday 23rd July, 2022.
• The victim has been identified as Daryl Boodoo who was shot multiple times about the body around 7 pm, Boodoo while conducting sales at his business place.
• The suspect, who emerged from a white Toyota Aqua motorcar, had moments earlier ordered an item before he fatally shot Boodoo at Marva’s shop, before fleeing the scene.
• Boodoo’s relatives found him lying face down in blood in the kitchen area. He was taken to the Princes Town District Hospital where he was declared dead.
