A pensioner was found murdered at her home in Princes Town on Friday 28th April, 2023.
• The deceased was identified as 76-year-old Odessa Constance aka “Toongalay” or “Tanty” of Matiste Road, and Nagee Road, Hindustan Princes Town.
• Around 9:00am, a woman went to check on Constance after she was not seen or heard from.
• Upon making checks around the house, the woman discovered Constance’s lifeless body on a bed with an apparent wound to her left ear with blood seeping out.
• The woman subsequently contacted the police who responded and are carrying out investigations.
This is the 20th female to be murdered for the year thus far.
The last pensioner that was found murdered at their home was Devika Harry who was found stabbed to death in the kitchen of her home in SS Erin Road, Penal on Tuesday 04th April, 2023.
