62-year-old Neville Johnson died after he fell and hit his head while cleaning a window at Sapphire Drive, Diamond Vale, Diego Martin, on Saturday 17th December 2022.
• Around 12:30pm, Johnson, a janitor of Simeon Drive, Petit Valley, was on the landing cleaning windows at the Diego Martin home of a 70-year-old man when he fell and struck his head.
• The EHS was contacted and Johnson was taken to the St. James medical complex where he was treated and transferred to the Port of Spain general hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
