A man identified as 48-year-old Rishard Ali was shot and killed outside his home at Biljah Road, Charlieville, Chaguanas on Wednesday 12th April, 2023.
• Ali was reportedly shot by a gunman who attempted to rob him of his car along Biljah Road.
• He was taken to the Chaguanas Health centre where he was pronounced dead.
