46-year-old Ekundayo Perpignac is charged with the murder of Matthew John which occurred on Thursday 25th august, 2022.
• Perpignac was also charged with possession of a firearm with intent and possession of ammunition with intent on Tuesday 13th September 2022.
• 36-year-old Matthew john was shot outside his driveway at Upper Bournes Road around 10pm after multiple gunshots were heard in the area on Thursday 25th August 2022.
• John was taken to the St. James Medical Facility where he was declared dead.
