33-year-old Joel Garcia also known as “Shorts” and “Juey” was shot dead at St, John’s Road, St. Augustine on Friday 25th November, 2022.
• During the shooting, another person was allegedly shot and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The shooting happened on the roadway near a Military Base just after 1pm.
