23-year-old Rivas Ramos Jeremy De Jesus, a Venezuelan national was killed while two others were injured during a drive-by shooting in endeavour Chaguanas on Sunday 2nd October 2022.
• Rivas was liming with his father, brother and a cousin near the first & last bar, around 3 am in the morning when a van pulled up and four men began shooting at the group of individuals.
• Rivas fell to the ground, while the group scampered. officers also stated that Rivas’s brother suffered a gunshot wound to the lower back and while his cousin was bleeding from a gunshot wound to the right hand.
• They both were taken to hospital where they are in stable condition but Rivas was pronounced dead.
