A 23-year-old man was gunned down while at a car wash in Couva on Tuesday 18th April, 2023.
• The deceased was identified as Darius Cooper of Roystonia, Couva.
• At about 9:00pm, Cooper was liming at Kings Auto Car Wash at Caryota Drive, Roystonia when a silver Nissan Tiida stopped infront of the business place.
• The front passenger exited the vehicle, walked up to Cooper and shot him multiple times before re-entering the car and fleeing the scene.
• Cooper reportedly ran a short distance away, before he collapsed and died.
• The police were alerted and Officers of the Homicide Bureau Region 3 are continuing investigations.
